Your support helps us continue our mission of creating positive social impact through education, healthcare, food support, animal welfare, women empowerment, and community welfare initiatives.
By making a donation through our website, you agree to the following Donation Policy.
- Purpose of Donations
All donations received by One Step to Change Foundation are used solely for charitable, social welfare, and community development purposes aligned with the mission of the organization.
We ensure that contributions are utilized responsibly and transparently for the cause or initiative for which the donation has been made.
- Legal & Ethical Donations
We strictly discourage and do not accept:
- Illegal donations
- Black money or unaccounted funds
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
- Donations made in violation of Indian laws or regulations
If any donation is found to involve illegal activity, unauthorized sources, suspicious transactions, or misuse of financial systems, One Step to Change Foundation reserves the right to reject, cancel, or report such donations to the appropriate legal authorities.
- Donor Responsibility
The donor is responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and payment information
- Ensuring that donated funds belong to lawful and legitimate sources
- Verifying donation details before submission
The organization shall not be responsible for incorrect information submitted by donors during the donation process.
- Donation Acknowledgement
Upon successful completion of a donation, the donor may receive an acknowledgement, receipt, or confirmation through email or other available communication methods.
- Refund Policy
Donations once utilized for the intended charitable purpose are non-refundable.
However, if the donated amount has not yet been utilized for the intended purpose, a refund request may be submitted within 24 hours of the donation transaction.
To process a refund request, the donor must provide:
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Phone number
- Transaction ID / Payment reference number
- Donation amount
- Date and time of donation
- Any additional information submitted during the donation process
Refund requests without complete information may not be processed.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking and payment gateway procedures.
- Payment Security
All online donations are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. One Step to Change Foundation does not store sensitive banking or card information on its servers.
- Use of Donor Information
Any personal information collected during donations will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and used only for communication, donation processing, legal compliance, and organizational purposes.
